[Samba] missing smbpasswd program

I am new to linux and am playing with debian woody trying to get samba working.  I have inadvertently deleted or some how corrupted the smbpasswd program file.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the samba package but with no luck.  I am wondering how to get this file back.  Note it is not the smbpasswd database file but the program
