[Samba] Howto alter account desc.

Well actually i got 2 questions...

first, how can i change the account desc. with pdbedit or an other samba 
tool?
in pdbedit there is an option for fullname and other settings, but the 
description variable can not be set (or maybe it can???)

second, how can i make the 'user must change password' flag to be set 
per user?
i want a few users to be prompt to change there password (not all users)
