[Samba] smbldap password

Hi all

I have implemented samba 3 with LDAP, using ldap to store user information
using smbldap tools .

i want the user to change password at first login . how do i setup

i have added user with the following command
smbldap-password -a A 1 -B 1 -m -P <username>
The password expiry is 45 days, but user is not warned that "that user
must change password"

but when user logins, it does not give any message that "the password
expires in 45 days and password should be changed"

how do i , so that user at first logins get message that password
should be changed
