# smbldap-useradd --help | grep unit
  -o  add the user in the organizational unit (relative to the user suffix)

if you want more you should patch smbldap-tools 
(or maybe look on my patchset: 
ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/smbldap-tools-0.9.1-alt4.1.src.rpm )
