We really need an apache2 module.  I had been working with a small team
to get this started, but they seem to be bogged down :-(.

It's mostly a porting job, and just needs some good apache2 developers.

If we had the mod_ntlm_winbindd on apache2, this would be it.  Without
the module, it depends which one you do use.
