I understood it may be caused by broken DNS, the problem is that I access
the server via IP address not hostname, in the mean time, if setting 'use
spnego' to 'no' can fix this issue.

So it sounds like a simple name resolution timeout
caused by broken DNS.  Teh fix is to correct DNS
(as you have already mentioned).  Not sure what else
you would expect us to do.
