[Samba] Problems with samba-console from idealx

Hello NG,

I  installed sucessfully the packages, sambaldaptools, 
samba-console-1.1.31-1, openldap2-2.2.15-5.1, samba 3.07 for an idealx 
management console samba-console.
My sytem is suse 9.2 Server and clients, and XP clients. I configured the 
Sambaconsole like described 
in/usr/share/doc/packages/samba-console/INSTALL.SambaConsole.
But I can not start the imc service with
/etc/init.d/imc start:
amd:/opt/IDEALX/imc # /etc/init.d/imc start
bash: /etc/init.d/imc: Permission denied
Debugging with:
amd:/opt/IDEALX/imc # ./bin/imc-server -d -c ./etc/imc.xml -l ./imc.log
indicates at the end:

If I want to start the imc service over runlevel editor in yast, there is 
this one:
/etc/init.d/imc start gab 126 (Fehler nicht spezifiziert) zurück:
sh: line 2: /etc/init.d/imc: Keine Berechtigung
