[Samba] corruption in the locking tdb, samba panics [SOLVED]

How do you ensure to disable all tdb locking in the Samba configuration
?   
 
My config: 
 
RHEL ES 3.0 update 3. 
Kernel 2.4.21-20.EL
Samba 3.0.6-2.3E
