[Samba] still ACL bug in 3.0.14a

I can't find any info on the "silent delete fail" bug (how can I reproduce 
it? what is the impact?)

We would like to evaluate what problems this bug would cause and if we can 
live with it for some time.

Gonna give a last try with 3.0.15-pre2
