[Samba] Samba 3.0.14 and 3.0.15pre1 contain a bad assert line

Hi, i had no failures compile 3.0.15pre1 on suse 9.2
nor on install, and small tests results good on the test system.
but i will wait tommorow to release 3.0.14 on the production systems
