[Samba] Can't delete smbpasswd user if not in /etc/passwd

yes, most probably it can be treaten as bug. I also suggest to delete
smbpasswd account even if there's no UNIX account.

but You may want to migrate to LDAP/NSS, in such case there will be only
one entry for both posixAccount and sambaAccount.
