[Samba] migration windows 2000 to windows 2003

Hello,

my company like to migrate from Windows 2000 to Windows Server 2003.
I'm in charge of the Active Directory migration.
We have some SAMBA-Server (V2.2.8) and we only use the file share function
of SAMBA.
Knows somebody something about problems in this case of migration?
