[Samba] How to Upgrade from 2.2.8a to 3.0.6

Did you apply the winbind_getpwnam_v1.patch found at
http://samba.org/~jerry/patches/post-3.0.6 ?
This ia a known bug in 3.0.6 (fixed in 3.0.7).
