[Samba] DES sample code (authentication)

Dear all,

 

Can anyone help me finding some sample code for a simple DES encryption
routine as used in listing 15.2 in the "Implementing Cifs" book? I need
that for password encryption used in the session_setup function.  

I already spend a lot of time searching for sample code and
understanding the encryption routine, but I find it difficult in finding
and understanding it.

 

All help is very appreciated!
