[Samba] Samba 3.0.7 is broken

I just tried that, and no dice.

I'm using a custom built kernel (sorry, should have mentioned it), 2.4.27.

I take it this is an unresolved problem ?

Oh yeah, please cc me as I'm not on the list anymore -- too much traffic
