[Samba] samba 2.2.12 upgrade failed..

Hi,

Ok - I tried to upgrade to samba 2.2.12
from samba 2.2.7 - but it failed.

error:

Installing stack version of /etc/pam.d/samba...
error: execution of %postun scriptlet from
samba-2.2.7-3.7.3 failed, exit status 1

OK! doesn't work now.. 

NOW what? uninstall?? reinstall 2.2.7??

I want to add winXP pro clients
to a the server which appears to have
only had win95 clients using the passwd
file for logins.
