[Samba] something

Hello ,
 I write this letter 'cas i have a problem and I dont know how to fix It! I can share folder without problem, but if they are on the linux file system. If I try to share something whitch is on a fat partition, this share want root account to connect in ! How to change this .. Is there a option that can aply share like guest ok 
even the filesystem ! I will be very happy if you answer me ! Good bye for now
