[Samba] Problem with static WINS entries

	It also doesn't work. I have stoped SAMBA, edited 'wins.dat' and once 
SAMBA is started, in few seconds the file 'wins.dat' is rebuilded just 
with the registered clients.

	Hope there are other solutions...
