[Samba] make an *identical* copy of a Samba server - how?

Hello,

I have a Samba running on SuSE 9.1.

Sow I'd like to set up *the same* Samba server on another machine 
running let's say Mandrake in a different office.

Which files do I need to copy?

1) /etc/samba/*

2) shares defined in smb.conf (+ permissions)

3) other files (users, passwords, printer drivers etc.)


How do I know what "other files" (point 3) I need to copy?

It is common for distributions to keep files in different places.
