[Samba] File already in use?

Ok, this behaviour is familiar. I think this may be the 1 second
deferred open behaviour. I know how to fix this, just haven't
coded this up yet as it's tricky. If I do code up a fix would you be willing
to try a test version of Samba 3.0.x ?
