[Samba] Administrator can't change XP environment

environment: Debian Sarge + Samba3.0.2
desktops WInXP

Just a  newbie question

How can a manage samba administrator to change user profiles and others
caracteristics of WinXP desktops???

What I have done till now.

Could anyone point me a faq/howto ro solve this problem?? Itś driving me
