[Samba] smbclient throws error

Hello All,

When I run smbclient -L localhost

It throws below error for 10.8.1.0 interface, ANYONE CAN HELP, What could be
the reason??

Can't determine ip for broadcast address 10.8.1.0
added interface ip=127.0.0.1 bcast=127.0.0.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
Password:
Domain=[TELXSI] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 2.2.8a]
tree connect failed: Call returned zero bytes (EOF)
