[Samba] --mandir ignored in 3.0.3 configure/make

Changed to --with-mandir in 3.0.3 (resulting of having to fix another 
bug).  I though this was mentioned in the release notes.  If not, I
apoligize.  Should have been.  Same thing for --with-libdir.
