[Samba] HP 4200 with Duplexing

Hmm... I'm running 3.0.2 but not certain about 3.0.2a -- does it
actually show the 'a' when checking the version?  Would there be a
difference in the printer area between those two?

I did follow the printer howto's and initialized the printers
appropriately.

Make sure you are running 3.0.2a and make sure you have
initialized the printer information (see the Samba howto
collection for details).
