[Samba] Browsing on the Network

NETWORK
Our network is 30 computers, all running Windows 2000 and a few running NT4, 98 and XP. We have 1 Red Hat 9 running Samba. RedHat 9 is the master browser. 
PROBLEM
The problem is some of the times in Networking Neighbourhood on all Windows based machines, I just see two systems, Manta1 (RH9) and a Rico (Windows XP). 
SOLUTION
The problem is fixed when I restart RH9 or restart Samba Services.
Any other solution?
