use the net command in the logon scripit like so: 
net use LPTX:  \\MASCHINENAME\PRINTERSHARENAME

e.g.
net use LPT1: \\myserver\my1stprinter

will connect your "my1stprinter an server "myserver" to your local Windows 
PrinterPort 1.
