Ok I supposed before, that you use Samba-3.0.x, in that case you would
need to use the samba-3 only net groupmap tool:

man net
net groupmap list
net groupmap modify ntgroup=... unixgroup=...
net groupmap add ntgroup=... unixgroup=...

If you are stil using samba 2.2.x then your choices about groups are
very limited, you can only specify
Domain Admin Group = ... and
Domain Guest Group = ... in your smb.conf.

If you are unshure about the version of your samba, the following
command would help you:
smbd -V
