[Samba] poledit policy-file for w2k offline folders

Hi,

I am looking for a NT4 policy template (.adm) file I can deploy using
samba 3 to change the behavior of the "make folders available offline"
feature.

The clients do not synchronize .dbf files in the default configuration
and I need to change that behavior. ( Please do not discuss whether this
is necessary or implies risks - the share is read only anyways )

Does anyone know a central repository for backported .adm files? 

Will the ADS support in Samba emulate enough of it to deploy the native
w2k GPOs sometimes?
