[Samba] samba 3.0.4 problem

Hi!
We migrated from Linux (kernel 2.4.24)  to FreeBSD 5.2.1
(the same smb.conf, with Linux all was fine :(   )  

Encounted some problems with file locking with shared files
(especially  with .xls & .doc files)

some client can be announced about locking, some - not
 
all clients - w2k, office 2000

part of config :

[global]
...   
       strict locking = yes
       locking = yes
       share modes = yes
       posix locking = yes
       oplocks = yes
...


Can anyone tell me where may I find some explanations and may be answeres?
