[Samba] cannot join win2k to samba domain

you need to turn off (disable) a few security options. go to start-run and
type gpedit.msc under local computer policy click on the + to expand windows
settings, then Security Settings, Local Policies, Security Options and look
for  DOMAIN MEMBER: DIGITAL ENCRYPT OR SIGN SECURE CNAHHEL DATA (ALWAYS) and
DOMAIN MEMBER: DIGITAL SIGN SECURE CHANNEL DATA(WHEN POSSIBLE)
