[Samba] please help: smbd 100% cpu usage

next try - as i was not able to post the level 10 log as a mail (180kb) 
i've put it here: <http://www.mhcsoftware.de/smbprob.txt>

the machine names are:

samba server: linux
windows ME:   norbert

perhaps some can suggest a solution ...
