[Samba] writing a file keep the group unchanged

there are various ways of handling it.

With specific answer to your question, chmod g+s /path/to/samba/share -R
info chmod for specifics on the command

or

force group = NAME_OF_GROUP

I tend to use 'inherit permissions = yes' in each share.
