[Samba] where to get printer drivers for seiko BP 6000

Hi,

   i just started out with the printing part of samba.

i have a seiko precision BP-6000 printer. it is a dot
matrix.

where can i get the linux drivers for this printer.

plus can any one tell me what is the first step to
setup a samba print server so that windows users can
send printers directly to the samba print server.
