in STARTUP.CMD :

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /n\\SERVER\QUEUENAME

On my system I've installed CUPS driver for Windows with cupsaddsmb, 
and I've login once as administrator, it seems to work fine for other
unpriviledged users now.
