You must also upgrade SWAT.

If to rpms you used were setup for paralell installation (so that either
could be used) then you will find all the sama 3.x stuff under samba3.
For example, all the samba 3 config stuff will be in /etc/samba3 instead
of /etc/samba where the old stuff will still be available.  Instead of
useing "service smb start" to make the old server go you might instead
use service smb3 start to make the new one start instead.
