Probably add 

-DLDAP_CONST=const 
or 
-DLDAP_CONST 

to your CFLAGS will do the trick.  But Samba really works best with
OpenLDAP's LDAP client library.

If this fixes it for you, file a bug, as we will need to add yet another
configure test somewhere...
