[Samba] Cannot install print driver on Windows XP while connected to domain

Using the administrator samba account I am trying to install a printer
driver on a Windows XP machine while connected to a Samba domain.  It
appears that I do not have the appropriate permissions.  The install is
successful if I log in locally (not on the domain) to the machine. What do
I need to do to get this to work?
