[Samba] Applying patch-3.0.0-3-0.1-bz2

Hi everyone.

Can somebody tell me how to apply that patch?

I've been downloading the whole source code for samba 3.0.1 and compiling it with the same options that 3.0.0, after that I've installed it (i assume i don't have to remove the previous version) but, for some reasons, computers stop to be able to share resources due to a trust relationship problem.

What am I doing wrong? Is that a samba 3.0.1 bug?
