It's a schannel bug I'm pretty sure but I can't seem to
track it down.  We fixed once instance in 3.0.2rc1.  Can you
send me a level 10 debug log of a network trace of the failure
(taken from the samba server)?

 From your config I assume you are not running winbindd.
