Jerry,

there's something really broken, I'll get into this on 15th or 16th my time.

Maybe it's good to wait for the fix for 3.0.2rc1 or we *need* also a
3.0.2rc2. I'd like to have at least one snapshot with a working quotas 
outthere to be tested before 3.0.2.

Would this be possible?
