[Samba] Samba 3 and Windows 2000 (SP4) Terminal Server

Samba-3.0.2pre1 has the MAX_CONNECTIONS-parameter fix in smbd/conn.c.
So there should be no need to tweak the code anymore for Windows
Terminal Server users.
