[Samba] Please Help!

Hi, is there any to make winbind and httpd work together to validate, 
authenticate user OR some tools or services in Linux can authenticate 
users from view the my private & confidential contents on my web site with 
my Window NT domain controller.
Your advice and guidance is much appreciate. Thank you.
