[Samba] How to apply 3.0.1 Patch???

Most likely, the patch is to patch the 3.0.0 source to 3.0.1 instead of downloading a new 
3.0.1 tarball. If you don't know how to apply patches, it is probably easier for you to 
just go download the 3.0.1 tarball.
