Her's my smb.conf file:

# Samba config file created using SWAT
# from (
# Date: 2004/02/27 22:21:09
# Global parameters
    workgroup = COMMUNICCI
    server string = Osiris File Server
    encrypt passwords = No
    password server =
    log file = /usr/local/samba/var/log.%m
    max log size = 50
    preferred master = No
    domain master = No
    dns proxy = No
    ldap ssl = no
    valid users = root, alex, meg
    admin users = root, alex, meg

    comment = Home Directories
    read only = No
    browseable = No

    comment = All Printers
    path = /usr/spool/samba
    printable = Yes
    browseable = No

    path = /usr/sandi
    read only = No
    create mask = 0777
    directory mask = 0777

It's a slackware box, I configured with all of the default options when
I installed it. Is there anything else that would help?
