[Samba] Using smbmount as a user

Pleass excuse the rhetorical questions.

Ok So I did a chmod -s and got them back asI was in a vicious circle.

The impression I am getting is that smbmount can only run this command 
as a user if I got the folder setup in smb.conf to run as a user????
