[Samba] New French Samba document - Admin tool specs

Hi all,

For those of you who can speak French (sorry for the others), here is a
new document I've just written (working at EDF Research center).

Summary :

- Group mapping limits (test results, bugs)
- Admin tools comparison / limits
- New *complete* Admin tool / API specification (basis for tool devel)
