I have the following message always showing up in my winbind log file: nsswitch/winbindd_group.c:winbindd_getgroups(1032) user 'root' does not exist What does this suggest? To me it seems as if winbind is trying to resolve the root user with Active Directory rather than the local system. Thanks.
