I noticed these in my log.swat file but I can't find a answer in google.
I have samba 3.0.5 on RH 8.0

log.swat

[2004/12/06 13:15:46, 0] printing/pcap.c:pcap_printer_fn(36 1)
Unable to open printcap file lpstat for read!

How do I fix this??

also I have also notice a few zero length files in my /var/log/samba
eg

192.168.0.1.log

but my smb.log has
log file = /var/log/samba/%m.log
why am I getting this files now with Samba 3.0?

here is a snippet of my smb.conf:

printcap name = cups
preferred master = Yes
domain master = Yes
dns proxy = No
wins support = Yes
ldap ssl = no
hosts allow = 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0
printing = cups
