Sorry, I probably should have been more specific.  It's 3.0.7-1.3E (i.e. NOT the latest security patch version).

Do you believe that 3.0.7-1.3E.1 would fix the problem?  I didn't see 
anything in the update release notes that would indicate that it might 
address this issue.
