[Samba] Internal: Unable to lock /etc/samba/smbpasswd......PROBLEM

hmmmm, i've been having the same EXACT problem and thought i had suddenly
become extraordinarily stupid....i haven't tried going back to 3.0.4 as
that would greatly interrupt many many people....but i'll look into it...
